Students Find Ways to Thwart Facebook Bans
I picked this article about students finding ways to get into blocked sites in school, because i remember doing that same thing a year ago. this article piqued my interest because im a teen and i used to have Facebook and that's what i would do when ever i used a computer. I agree with the girl that said its only a challenge for the kids when the school blocks the site. it also just distracts them because instead of doing work they're going to try and unblock the site the whole time. Literacy plays a role in this article because the students wont learn anything about how computers really work but will be too busy on Facebook or other social networking sites.

I agree with what you wrote about the girl who said Blocking the site will only distract the students. I wrote the same thing on my post. :)

ReplyDeletei agree because i tried to find ways how to hack the school too, but it can also be a distraction too as well for students like me
